AARP Tax-Aide will be at the library on
Â Wednesday, March 20
to help low or moderate income taxpayers complete their income tax forms.
Call or stop by the library to schedule a time for this free service.
Tuesday crafts have joined forces with Thursday crafts.
We are launching a new Craft Time program that will be
everyÂ week on Thursday after school from
3:30 to 4:15 when school is in session.Â
Federal Tax Forms are slowly coming in. We have W-2’s, W-3’s and 1099’s. We have a few other forms, schedules and publications. The only 1040 we have right now is 1040EZ, but no instructions for it.
AARP will be here on March 20 to assist with completing your taxes. We are not signing up yet, but will in the next week or two.

Help us reach our recycling goal of $134.Â We are recycling empty inkjetÂ and toner cartridges, mp3 players, laptops, GPS systems and cell phones.
So far, we have recycled:

That is almost 50 lbs.

Vote 411, is a new tool the League of Women Voters provides that helps people register to vote, and offers information on voting requirements and state deadlines.
The Vote 411 tool allows users to build an online voterâ€™s guide, view political races, compare candidate positions side-by-side and print out â€œballotsâ€ that can be used to remind the public to vote on Election Day.
